Sailing/Boating

Registered charity offering leisure and learing activities on its purpose. Capacity for up to 60 guests and fully accessible for wheelchair users, including lift and accessible toilet.

Aims to provide children with sports wheelchairs and give an opportunity for participation in sports through help with training and travel to sporting events. Activities include giving children with a disability the opportunity to participate in sports including: marathons, athletics, skiing, rugby, basketball, fencing, tennis and snooker. Also helps with the provision of manual wheelchairs, trikes for children to use every day at home, to go to school and enable them to play with their friends.

Previously known as Richmond Boat Project, can accommodate up to 12 passengers ( 6 of whom can be wheelchair users ). Provide day and residential cruises.

Aims to broaden the choice in sailing for people with disabilities. Strives to promote and co-ordinate active participation and welcomes applications across the UK. Runs a programme of activities aimed at increasing opportunities for people with disabilities to play a full role in the sailing community, and provide training both in sailing and disability awareness.

Sportability uses sport and challenging pursuits for people with paralysis. Events in Dorset + Hants, Bristol + Glos, East Midlands, Westmidlands, Kent + East Sussex, Surrey, Oxford and Hampshire. Offer sailing, gliding, Landyachting, Clay pigeon shooting, Quad-Biking, Archery and many more activities.
