Thank you for your comment. Unfortunately, we neither buy or sell - we are a charity that provide information on the companies that do. You will need to contact the supplier and/or manufacturer to help with your query - their details are on this page.

At first my son really liked this product then the screen broke so I couldn't help him use it. I got a replacement phone which was good. But I keep having the same problem the ear piece broke I have brought replacements from different shops and they do not work. I have two alto phones and it doesn't work in either of these can you help me with this matter as when he first got the phone I was told you didn't sell the ear piece separately.

I first got an Alto II talking mobile January 2015 and at first it was great... but then the screen fell off within the first couple of months of having it. I then got a replace and the same thing happened to that (again within the first couple of months); I was then given a brand new Alto II talking mobile phone in March of 2016 and now in July 2016, my phone is not working properly... whenever someone phones me I cannot hear them speak and the voice guide also sound weird (pitchy) to what it use to. This is very annoying as I have only had the phone for four months
